lots of dead space in the report header

problem

in the report header, we have three items (priority, actionability, suggested reviewers)

there's a bunch of dead space on the right, it's filled up when the prio/actionability are expanded, but never to the right of the suggested reviewers

suggestion

let's take advantage of all this dead space on the right and make the reports a bit more readable at a glance

• maybe a 2/3 column layout with some brief/truncated priority/actionality content
• suggested reviewers could be off on the right, and say something like Marius Andra & 1 more
  • can remove the github username and commit hash too, i think those are not worth taking up prime real estate; could show on hover or in some "expanded" view
