A “NewFigureModal.tsx” already exists; we need to update it and implement (or improve) the system that sends data to the database.
The goal is to display the new video (or short) only to the user who submitted it until I, as the owner, approve it. Once approved, it becomes public.
So I need to receive a notification when there is a new "proposal".
