Thank you for reporting this issue! We've confirmed the problem and submitted a fix.

The sandbox help command was indeed missing documentation about the available modes and what each one does. We've updated it to clearly explain:

• Read-only mode: Prevents commands from writing to any files, providing maximum protection
• Workspace-write mode: Allows writing only within your project folder while protecting the rest of your system
• Full access mode: Removes all restrictions (for situations where you trust the commands being run)

The fix is now under review: CortexLM/cortex-cli#105
