Thank you for your reply and for providing an excellent modeling framework for plant simulation. However, I have a further question: is it possible to graft an organic matter allocation model onto the Helios framework to simulate the distribution of organic matter among different parts of the plant, and then apply organogenesis or developmental models to dynamically simulate plant growth, achieving a virtual growth process from static to dynamic?
