I made a fork and a release https://github.com/Nightshades1/Il2CppDumper/releases/tag/v1.0, Maybe it can fix your issue, In the config.json set ForceIl2CppVersion to true, i've already set it to 29 by default, and set DisablePlusSearch to true, It should allow you to dump without crashing, at least it did the trick for the dumped GameAssembly.dll i was targeting that used Unity(2021.3.53f1).
