1) The Base Directory Must Be Kept Clean
Every Tool Must Be Housed In Its Own Respective Directory Inside The Base Folder "Tools" To Keep Things Tidy.
2) Appropriate Instructions Must Be Given On How To Use/Compile The Provided Tools.
3) Source Only (Executables Are Not Allowed For Safety Purposes).
4) Every Tool Must Have a README File and Specify The License Under Which It is Released.
