[Errno -2] Name does not resolve

I'm using a
Panel type EVO192 fw version 2.60
IP module fw 1.39.02 ; hw 020 ; ipboot 2.12

Question

when using IP_CONNECTION_HOST : "http://192.168.0.108" with "IP_CONNECTION_PORT" I'm getting a [Errno -2] Name does not resolve
when using IP_CONNECTION_HOST : "192.168.0.108" I'm getting a [Errno 111] Connect call failed ('192.168.0.108', 10010)
My IP_CONNECTION_HOST seems to be the problem but I connect successfully with my navigator thougt both 192.168.0.108 and http://192.168.0.108
