You need pip install discord.py and pip install -U python-dotenv on your machine. Then You can run the bot via the .bat script included. If you want you can set up a botrestart.bat script included in the package.
Shows Discord Server Members in the Bot Status MSG. Added a Refresh Timer for every 5h.
