Generate HTML versions of the conformance-questionnaire for all versions

We would like to make the conformance questionnaire more visible on the main openchain website.

To do this, we could render the JSON file in HTML and output at github.io.

Another possibility is to write a plugin for website management tool used to produce the openchain website.

All versions including the latest code checkin should be rendered and made available.

Hi Gary! I am managing the site. It is just Wordpress and we cannot install special extensions.

My suggestion is that we experiment with rendering the JSON file in HTML and see how easy/difficult that is to add to a Wordpress page.
