`tox-conda` appears to be archived? Is it deprecated?

The tox-conda repo is now archived:

This might just be a matter of "it works fine, there's nothing left to develop or maintain here". However, if it's not maintained, future versions of tox may break tox-conda functionality

Does anyone use tox-conda? Is it worth it to support?

That's certainly not a good sign, we might need to pull it. Perhaps we can make the next release throw a warning?
