@owenboswarva has highlighted that ONS have released a new dataset called National Statistics Address Lookup (NSAL).
It's available for download on this page:
https://geoportal.statistics.gov.uk/geoportal/catalog/content/filelist.page
The dataset matches from an addresses UPRN to a number of interesting things: constituency boundaries, local authorities, ward boundaries, local authority, health board, census output area, etcetera

This could be useful for Open Addresses' users as we work out how to incorporate UPRNs into the data model: https://openaddressesuk.org/blog/2015/05/09/ordnance-survey-open-data
Once that's done people could incorporate NSAL in bulk or by matching individual records retrieved from our search API.
