Show current project information on home page

We want to show some information of the user's current project, if any, on their home page, such as:

• The name of the repository, star count, and a button linking to it
• The team's members (name, role, Discord username, GitHub link icon, email link icon)
• The last few commit names, dates, and authors
• Open and recently closed PRs and Issues
• For Lead Devs: a button to edit the required technologies, other technologies, and year range, as well as transfer leadership

The information should be displayed in a clean, modern, and condensed card format.

The section should show up at the end of the page, titled "Your Project: '{projectName}'".
