[BUG] Dataset creation error

Describe the bug

UI fails to load when creating a new dataset, keeping users from uploading images.

Steps to Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a dataset

Expected Behavior

The Upload to Dataset screen should populate after the dataset is created.

Actual Behavior

The UI shows a blank canvas where the Upload to Dataset should reside. URL is http://localhost:32200/gallery/test_dataset as example.
