[BUG] Drag and Drop works intermittently on MacOS

Describe the bug

Images don't upload when drug from brave into edge on mac

Steps to Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Step One: Open brave and navigate to an image
2. Open edge and navigate to a dataset
3. Try to drag from brave to edge and upload
4. Weep.

Expected Behavior

Image uploaded to dataset

Actual Behavior

• When dragging from a seperate browser the hover upload allows dropping

Environment
