[FEATURE] Add "getting started" flow for perspectives #51

Is your feature request related to a problem?
We should initialize the app with fewer perspectives active to prevent overload. Will need breadcrumbs to toggle on additional perspectives. Create initial core set (likely core + 2 step wan for now)
Describe the solution you'd like
- Add system for detecting if perspectives are being initialized and start with a default set. Add getting started components for perspectives.
