Table support from MagicDraw source

Consider support for tables that don't require raw LaTeX to be entered into MagicDraw.

Options:

1. Before/after tags for table with tab delimited row entries in documentation strings
2. Export explicit table types in MD to LaTeX tables

Counterarguments to doing so:

1. Do we really want to try and replicate an entire table system instead of just letting them do raw LaTeX??
