Domain views

It appears domains can't be fully removed from one view or another. In my case, all records under a domain were only marked private, and the domain has no option to set views. This resulted in no public file being built and bind logging an error for the public view. Might just be a "if there's nothing in that view, build an empty file" situation.. but I think bind will also complain in that case.

The domain without any records in the public view should be taken out of master.public, right? That would be the ideal solution?

Fixing this is going to be a bit more convoluted than I had anticipated. It doesn't look like using the ZONES_WITH_NO_CONFIG setting will suffice, either.

Ah, never mind. ZONES_WITH_NO_CONFIG works perfectly. Please use this setting until I can figure out how to solve the problem properly. It's an empty list in base.py, so you can just redefine it in local.py if you like.

A note in case someone wants to mess with this in the future: The relevant code block is at https://github.com/OSU-Net/cyder/blob/master/cyder/cydns/cybind/builder.py#L319 . This function, get_view_data, returns None if there are no records. The None result would need to be used to remove the domain from the appropriate view in zone_stmts, or whatever other solution we might settle on.
