Browse fails on newer Odoo 18.3

After upgrade to Odoo 18.3, this code does not work anymore:

OdooPartner = odoo.env["res.partner"]
odoo_partners = OdooPartner.browse(partners.values_list("odoo_partner_id", flat=True))

Essentially the argument is a list of integers.

The error returned by Odoo:
