Manual setup does not include Novicell code

When creating a new project with the Manual setup it does not include the whole Docker setup and everything.

Took a look at this, I guess we need to make a list of must have features, such as the Docker setup and maybe auto inject Express into the promts made by Nuxt if possible so that users don't mess up by chosing the wrong webserver.

We should only support the default setup for Novicell SPA, which means we should get rid of the manual setup.
Can you delete the "manual setup" feature @Epenance ?
