Not all mods are showing up in Category section or Bodyslide.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled Vortex Mod Manager and all mods. Not all mods that have been installed from Nexus are showing up in the Category section or in Bodyslide. I have deployed and closed and reopended Vortex. I have ran loot and Pandora multiple times and gone through all the steps I can think of from doing a factory reset in my pc and starting from scratch. All mods and plugins are enabled but its like even though they are enabled Vortex is not reading them. All mods are new downloads and not from a saved file.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Open Vortex
- Click on Category in mods section, only a few mods showing up
- open Bodyslide, only one mod showing up there

I expected it to work like it has in the past
