Context menu on Applications page lacks "Update to testing version" and "Add to favorites"

The Applications page context menu in ns8-core does not include the actions
"Update to testing version" and "Add to favorites". These actions are available
elsewhere in the Software Center and are logically relevant to the Applications
view, leading to an inconsistent user experience.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open the NethServer 8 Applications page.
2. Click the kebab menu (three-dot menu) on any application.
3. Observe the available actions in the context menu.

Expected behavior
The Applications page context menu should present the same application
management actions as available in the Software Center or other related
interfaces. This includes "Update to testing version" (when applicable) and
"Add to favorites".

Actual behavior
These actions ("Update to testing version", "Add to favorites") are missing
from the Applications page context menu.
