WebTop: request to remove webtop-tmceplugins.jar

The file webtop-tmceplugins.jar is currently being added to the image by the script at:
https://github.com/NethServer/ns8-webtop/blob/a2685a9d2f8cdf94be8f84c5dda4f93fe9003ca8/imageroot/actions/configure-module/13tmce_plugin

This plugin is no longer required in our distribution and its presence causes unnecessary problems.

QA

Scope of QA:
Since the plugin was removed, the QA must ensure that WebTop continues to function normally, particularly with mail operations, and the package can be installed and configured as expected.

QA Steps

1. Install the Test Build

   • Deploy the webtop:1.5.6-testing.3 build in a clean NS8 environment.

2. Check the Plugin is Absent

   • Confirm that webtop-tmceplugins.jar or any related files are not present in the installation.

3. Basic Functionality Test

   • After install and initial configuration, log into WebTop.
   • Ensure web application loads with no errors.

4. Mail Functionality Test

   • Configure a mail account.
   • Send and receive emails. with webtop
   • Check main mail features: reading, composing, replying, forwarding, and deletion work correctly.

5. General Configuration

   • Validate that WebTop can be configured using the normal setup process in NS8.
   • Test basic admin settings

6. Regression

   • Briefly review other core modules (calendar, contacts) to ensure they are not impacted by the missing plugin.

Expected Results:

• webtop-tmceplugins.jar file is absent.
• WebTop installs and configures with no errors.
• Mail features work as normal (send, receive, manage emails).
• All other basic modules unaffected.
