How to convert backup to a .safetensors LORA file?

The documentation about backups says this:

A backup can be converted to a model file by using the model convert tool.

So how does it work in practice? The convert_model.py script has really poor documentation related to this. I have copied the "workspace" folder and it has my backup files in this type of folder structure

workspace\run\backup\2025-12-28_10-23-05-backup-129-43-0\*

I have created a chroma LORA with 450 epochs. I made it save every 50 epochs.. So is there anyway I can use for example model from 350 epochs?

i don't know but you move all the backup after 350 then just load the backup , let it do 1 more step then save it ?
