[FEATURE] Improve spectator experience #1745

Currently, we still use the same spectator UI as in OGNT. Could use some improvement as it only displays the name and health of the player who is being spectated
Proposed Solution
- Get rid of the black bars (done in Remove black bars in spectator #1760)
- Get rid of the Jinrai/NSF win counter and the map name as the former is already shown with the new HUD element and the map name is displayed when pressing tab. Alternatively, the map name could be displayed from OBS, if match is being streamed
- When spectating a player in first person, show the HUD of the player as you would when playing normally. Display the name of the player who is being spectated above the compass (or some other position?)
- Possibly display the utility the player has? This is already done with the stream overlay, so might be moot
