Hi,
I am applying the body force projection method "lineToDiskGaussian3D" in SOWFA 6 to run an actuator disk simulation. I have seen that no matter AD or AL method, there is always a little part at the hub position. I mean the body force goes to zero as closing to blade root. I want to know if it is possible to exclude this part in the center of the hub by simply adjusting input parameters to SOWFA and make it more like a pure rotor disk. Because right now it can be observed that there is a little circle in the center of the disk.
Before I thought this is due to the nacelle, I exclude nacelle. It is still there. I think this is related to the body force projection and technically it should be possible by adjusting the Gaussian width to realize it as I expected, right?
Thank you
