Openmeteo solar resource sometimes dramatically underestimates resource availability
How to reproduce
Currently, when pulling solar resource data from openmeteo for 2024, we get a solar capacity factor of about half from the Himawari tmy 2020 datasets.
What's that about?
The albedo value is 0.0. Is this the main issue? Or is it something else?
