Patient record details in FHIR bundles being pushed out from WRAPPER but not making it to the PHR App

Hi,

We are returning Stringified FHIR Bundles as response to /v1/health-information and could see that WRAPPER is pushing them out correctly, but the records are not making it to the PHR App.

Any idea what is missing ?
