Relative testing of sonalyze REST API vs slurm-monitor, on same data

We should do at least a cursory test that roughly the same numbers are computed for the sonalyze REST API and the corresponding slurm-monitor REST API, on the same data in the timescaledb database. It's unclear at this time what the acceptance criteria are.
