[bug]: Severe lag in GTA V

Describe the bug

When I launch GTA 5, it runs at the highest quality and frame rate initially. However, when I move the character slightly, the game becomes very stuttering and sluggish. To fix this, I minimize the window and then reopen it, which stops the stuttering. This happens approximately every minute. I've tried everything, including lowering the game's graphics settings to the lowest level, but the stuttering persists. My device is MacBook Pro M1 Pro 16` .

The game seems to work with others emulators, it could be an engine related issue. Also have you tried to tweak game/container settings? It may just need a different configuration.
