Focus Guard — block distracting sites behind a physical security key

Extensions like this already exist, but the one I used to rely on stopped working out of nowhere, so I decided to just build my own. Wanted it to be hardware-key only (no "just click to unlock" escape hatch) and zero dependencies.

Add a domain to the blocklist and you can't open it without tapping your YubiKey. Unlock expires after the selected duration, then re-locks automatically.
