Split shop account from Owner account

This would allow us to add in other features such as sharing profits, or sharing costs with more than 1 owner.

In order to support this we will need some command to emulate a "bank" or "wallet" or "account" or "register". Not certain on the BEST wording as of now but was considering the following:

/shop account balance
/shop account withdraw [amount]
/shop account deposit [amount]
