S meter pinned on USB with filter bottom at 0

S meter is pinned to halfway between +20 and +30 Db over 9. Moving the bottom of the filter up to '40' and it moves around with some bearing on the received signal! (PSDR_F7 branch)

Are you saying it's always stuck there? On mine it moves around a lot (though the numbers don't correspond to anything yet.) Just kidding, you are right, it does do that on USB. It didn't used to though, I'm not sure when I introduced that bug... (that part about the numbers remains true.

Heh ok, and I just noticed it doing the same thing on AM mode as well!
