Brief description

Currently the post-processing library can only load the 'drhook' file format, we need to implement a version of the loader that works for the 'threads' output format

Would be worth considering whether threads needs changing in itself at this juncture, or even whether a new output format might be better.

What additions/changes would we be thinking here? I do think there is a change needed for the single file output for threads as it currently puts the descriptor for every rank which is just a waste of space.
