        <p>
        Project Exhibition at NEXT 2019 includes hardware, software, civil projects demonstration where all the participants would be judged on the basis of their idea, presentation skill and group work. 
        
        </p>
        <p>
        Participants can present their respective hardware, software projects and civil models separately in the exhibition.</p>
<br />
        <h2 class="u-type-h4">Entry Fee</h2>
        <p>The entry fee per team is NPR 2,000<br /><strong>Maximum of 4 members are allowed in a team(for Civil Project 6 members are allowed).</strong></p>

        <h2 class="u-type-h4">Awards and Recognition</h2>
            <p>Winning team of any category will be awarded with following cash prize:</p>
                <ul>
                <li><strong>First prize</strong>:  NPR 8,000 + $100 credit of Amazon Web Services (AWS)</li>
                <li><strong>Second prize</strong>: NPR 5,000</li>
                
            <li><strong>Young and innovative idea (+2 level students)</strong>: NPR 5,000</li>
            <li><strong>People Choice Award</strong>: NPR 5,000</li>
                </ul>
            <p>The winning team will be awarded with trophy as well as medals for all the team members.</p>
            <p><strong>Certificate of Appreciation + $75 credit of AWS will be given to all the participants.</strong></p>

        <h2 class="u-type-h4">Team Specification</h2>
        <p>A team may consist of maximum of four members. (For Civil, Minimum: 4; Maximum: 6)</p>
        <p>Students from engineering and IT background can only participate in the exhibition.</p>
        <p>Collaboration from different colleges are not allowed for competition but they can showcase their projects.</p>

        <h2 class="u-type-h4">Rules and Regulations</h2>
        <ul>
            <li>The project should be completed before the time of demonstration.</li>
            <li>Theme of the project should be specified at the time of registration.</li>
            <li>Report should be submitted on time(before 5pm of 26th of Ashadh )</li>
            <li>Participants are allowed to use any programming languages.</li>
            <li>At the time of judging, all the members of the team should be present.</li>
            <li>Dress code of the participants should be formal.</li>
            <li>Decision of Jury Panel would be final.</li>
            <li>Project description should be submitted with this form.</li>

<p>The deadline for form submission is <strong>July 11 , 2019</strong>.</p>
