Unable to exit Glyphs without purchasing a license

Every time I opened Glyphs this morning, I received the following message and wasn't able to click on anything.

Had to force quit Glyphs and then proceed through checkout to purchase a license in a prior screen to be able to use Glyphs. Happy to purchase but not sure what was going on there.
