Query on Species List Issues

1. For species entries that have a strain or subspecies listed (which include numbers and special characters) is there preference for how to record those in the csv?
2. A moth species source listed by the Maine Entomological Society is an individual's photo album collection and has little information on collection metadata. Should this be included or no?
