Add profiles and profile generator

The main issue for the users and modders after release 1.0 will be how to add support of the specific mod into GenHotkeys. Game/mod profiles should solve such issue and profile generator, that analyze mod assets (configs, textures), also can generate basic profile or complete profile for the specific mod.
