cannot control LG TV after waking PC from sleep

hey

basically as the title says. COlorcontrol works just fine until i put my PC to sleep.
when i wake it, no commands sent to the TV work. After about 5minutes everything works again.

in my case i use ColorControl to change picture mode in DV from GameOptimizer to Filmmaker Mode (LG G5).

any ideas would be much appreciated
