Backup/Move to new Device

I want to copy my different bars to a new Phone and do not find the option. Not so long ago I did a move to my old phone and it was possible. Did the feature got removed. Is there an option to copy the necessary files?

filesystem stopped working on newer Android versions due to stricter storage permissions, making the feature broken

I tried a workaround with copy paste but the json got to big due to the images.

I'm not sure how to solve this. Any ideas are welcome
