Clean up outdated GitHub wiki pages

Summary

The GitHub wiki contains 6 pages that are outdated, redundant with in-repo documentation, or both. The repo docs/ directory is the maintained source of truth and was recently updated (fee7725). The wiki should be cleaned up to avoid confusion.

Current Wiki Pages

Home.md	Apr 2014	Outdated. Says "still very much in development. Be patient and contribute."
License.md	Apr 2014	Redundant. BSD-3-Clause text already referenced in repo README.
Shock-Clients.md	Sep 2013	Very outdated. References a shock-client CLI that no longer exists, uses port 7044 (not 7445), and old Globus Online auth.
Data-Types.md	Jul 2015	Superseded by docs/Data-Types.md which now documents the current Types.yaml system.
API.md	Sep 2019	Duplicates docs/API/api.md in the repo. Contains a typo (/inde/ instead of /index/).
Authorization.md	Sep 2019	Duplicates docs/API/Authorization.md in the repo.

Note: TODO-List.md was already deleted — all items from 2012 had been addressed.

Proposed Action

• Delete all 6 remaining wiki pages

• Replace Home.md with a single line pointing to the repo documentation:

  Documentation has moved to the docs/ directory in the repository. See the getting started tutorial.
