Option to make talking cards tremble

Would it be possible to add an option to make talking card art tremble the same way that the Lonely Wizbot card does in act 3? and additionally, is there a way to make the card itself shake to emphasize words like the vanilla talking cards do?

It should in theory be possible, may come in a later update ^^ [In the mean time you will likely need to do some C# for it]
