[Question] How to use «sync_multiple_file» command?

I not understand, how use sync_multiple_file command.

Detail

Description of plugin:

To sync multiple files, at side bar, choose multiple files, right click > Sync File

But how I can «choose multiple files»?

Did not help

1. I not find plugin for select multiple files in Side Bar.
2. I tried run command to right click on folder, when situated my files → Sync file. But nothing is synchronized.
