[Feature] Feature flag to turn on and off the validations that Kane-cli adds

**Description:**
Do we have any option or flag where we can say Kane-cli to not perform any validations, customer is afraid that there would be a lot of validations (unnecessary validation it might add) which they would want to go back an review and make changes or remove if required, please let me know 

**Use case:**
No need of validations to be added by Kane-CLI on its own
