Add log message when retrieving value from collection

When retrieving a value from a collection, also log how many values remain in the collection.

Not entirely sure about it yet.

Why it's good

Easier to build understanding of what collections do

Why it's bad

Increases log file size

Why I'm not sure

Logs size has been an issue for me in the past, I do not want to make log sizes significantly bigger. I recognize that I may be going too far in this.

@Lakitna personally I agree with the idea that it's good to keep the log file as slim as possible.

However the suggested logging additions wouldn't significantly increase the size in my opinion.
The suggested lines that could be added would only be 1 line per keyword call. Which isn't that much or verbose.
Retrieved 1 value from "key", 29 values remain, expiry: 10-10-2026
My suggestion would be the line above, but leaving out the key and expiry would still give plenty of additional information that could be useful.

I don't think adding more information than that is required (like actual data).
