Add legacy augmentation experiment reference files

- ALL_augmentation_commands.sh: Command list format reference
- AUGMENTATION_EXPERIMENTS_SUMMARY.md: Summary of 198 experiments
- These experiments used old training recipe (200 epochs)
- Kept for reference only, not for execution
