[TASK] Remove Socketmap Service from Silver Repo

What needs to be done?

Description:

The socketmap service has been moved to the Raven repository. This issue is to clean up the Silver repo by:

Tasks:

• Remove the socketmap service folder from the Silver repository.
• Update any references, imports, or configuration in Silver that depended on the service.
• Ensure Silver builds and runs correctly after the removal.

Goal:

Keep the Silver repository clean and avoid confusion now that socketmap is managed in Raven.
