Create a video tutorial for installing L5 on a Mac

Install for macOS users is still a major issue. My "wall of text" and lots of steps to install instructions are not ideal particularly for folks more used to "short form video"

1. Clear video walkthrough needed
2. Reassurance on security settings + include step about opening system settings > privacy and security > scroll to love2d > click "open anyway"
3. WHERE to put copied code and demonstrate HOW to run it

Should also direct people to forum to get help if stuck.
