Missing features for ppt conversion:

• remaining bugs with textbox positions and pictures (sometimes they overlap and don't fit in the slide (it seems that the slide size in pt of ppt slides is different than in markdown?)
• improve layout tables
• customize the overall layout (background, logos, fonts, ....)

Unresolved issues:

• when in powerpoint there is a shape where the text size is assigned with an auto-fit function (which happens quite often) we can't read the text size (this can affect the layout significantly)
• we can't do anything with smart art, shapes and graphs (as far as I understood)

1. Indeed the size of the remark slides is different than PowerPoint slides, they have the same width but a bigger height.
