Broken python release, breaks many GDSFactory PDKs because of missing 3.12 python wheels for latest klayout release

This happened because the latest PyPI upload filled up the disk.

I recommend deleting old wheels for Python 3.6, 3.8, and 3.9, as these versions are already end-of-life.

I cleaned up one release and filed a request for space increase: pypi/support#9675 - let's hope it gets implemented.
