Expand Operability Review Window

Currently 4 lines is reportedly too small. Make it 12 lines. Wider? Expandable?

The operability review window is found under "Edit/Close Incident" on the "Explained" tab. The field is labeled "Solution".

Upon further reflection I've realized the operability review (solution), is intended to be exceedingly concise and very brief as it is primary used during the Weekly 1:30 meeting during the Weekly Repair Report presentation. Example. The solution field is only 285px wide on that report. The solution field is currently 400 pixels wide on the Explain tab, so you are already seeing more space than you'll actually get comfortably during the presentation. If anything, we should probably shrink this field on entry and even possibly add a hint that this needs to be super brief and concise (and without dropping URLs into the text area as appears to be happening). If you've got a lot to say, we might consider adding an additional field to hold an optional link to a log entry, in which the explanation can be as long winded as the user wants/needs. We could add the optional clickable Extended Description link underneath the solution text in the report if desired.

Alternatively, we could add a separate Markdown extended description field to the DTM Incident Database that could be viewed in a separate dialog during the report. Maybe use AI to generate the concise short description automatically from the long one.
